Requirements:
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer, a key creative role within the marketing and design team, responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering visually compelling and impactful graphic assets that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives. This role involves leadership, creativity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality designs that resonate with the target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce visual content including logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, digital ads, and other marketing collateral.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand the brand and its target audience.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, layouts, and designs for various projects.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain and organize design assets and files.
- Stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologies in the industry.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in graphic design
- Proven experience on Social media, Presentations, and Branding (Web Designing is a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
